We are seeking an experienced Service Manager with a passion for leading teams and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.

Package:

  • Salary: £50K
  • Holidays: 24 days + bank holidays (increasing with tenure).
  • Company van, laptop, and uniform provided.
  • Flexible work schedule
  • Hours: 45+ per week, Monday–Friday.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage service schedules and customer communication.
  • Lead, motivate, and develop service engineers.
  • Provide technical support and identify training needs.
  • Analyse costs and recommend efficiency improvements.

Skills & Experience:

  • Experience in service management, with strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills to guide both staff and customers.
  • Strong planning and organisational skills with the ability to make quick decisions.
  • Excellent time management, able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Highly self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
  • Engineering qualifications.
  • Experience in managing teams is a plus.
  • Proficient in IT skills.
