We are seeking an experienced Service Manager with a passion for leading teams and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.
Package:
- Salary: £50K
- Holidays: 24 days + bank holidays (increasing with tenure).
- Company van, laptop, and uniform provided.
- Flexible work schedule
- Hours: 45+ per week, Monday–Friday.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage service schedules and customer communication.
- Lead, motivate, and develop service engineers.
- Provide technical support and identify training needs.
- Analyse costs and recommend efficiency improvements.
Skills & Experience:
- Experience in service management, with strong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent communication skills to guide both staff and customers.
- Strong planning and organisational skills with the ability to make quick decisions.
- Excellent time management, able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Highly self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Engineering qualifications.
- Experience in managing teams is a plus.
