Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage relationships with system integrators, resellers, and strategic partners to expand market reach across the UK and Europe.
- Drive joint business development efforts, identifying and converting high-value opportunities through partner networks.
- Collaborate closely with internal sales, engineering, and solution design teams to ensure successful solution delivery and partner satisfaction.
- Support partners in go-to-market planning, technical training, and sales enablement to enhance capability and alignment.
- Track performance metrics, forecasts, and partner pipelines, ensuring consistent communication and accountability.
Ideal Candidate
- 5+ years’ experience in warehouse automation, robotics, or material handling systems.
- Strong background in partner/channel management or solution-based sales.
- Familiarity with technologies such as AMRs, AGVs, conveyors, and shuttle systems.
- Confident communicator, able to engage with technical and commercial stakeholders at all levels.
