We are seeking a dedicated Shift Maintenance Technician to support a highly automated customer site for a globally recognised organisation. You’ll be responsible for maintaining, repairing and supporting automated material handling equipment, ensuring system availability, performance against KPIs, and exceptional service delivery in line with Customer Services standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain, repair and support equipment within the agreed on-site contractual scope
  • Ensure system performance consistently meets agreed service levels and customer KPI targets
  • Carry out AMHE servicing in line with equipment manuals, quality standards and schedules
  • Undertake scheduled repairs in accordance with manufacturer recommendations and industry best practice
  • Diagnose and rectify mechanical, electrical, electronic, PLC and PC-related faults
  • Prioritise system faults to maintain product flow at all times
  • Accurately record all work undertaken and maintain maintenance documentation
  • Ensure on-site spare parts are maintained at optimum levels
  • Actively contribute to continuous improvement and system enhancement initiatives
  • Ensure full compliance with Health and Safety regulations
