We are seeking an experienced
Trade Sales Manager to develop, manage and grow a nationwide distributor network.
This role is focused on driving revenue through distribution partners, increasing market penetration and supporting distributors with technical, commercial and project‑based expertise across storage systems including pallet racking, shelving, mezzanine floors and associated solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow the UK distributor network to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Identify, onboard and develop new distribution partners across key territories.
- Support distributors throughout the full sales lifecycle, from initial enquiry through to project completion.
- Promote the company’s storage solutions portfolio through distributor channels.
Skills, Experience & Qualifications
- Minimum
5 years’ experience selling products into industrial markets, ideally for a manufacturer.
- Proven ability to manage and develop trade relationships.
- Knowledge of storage solutions, products and applications.
- Good understanding of warehouse operations and material handling flows.
- Experience preparing professional written proposals and Power Point presentations.
- Strong communication and relationship‑building skills, capable of engaging stakeholders at all levels.
- IT proficient, particularly in Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point.
