About the role:
We are working with a leader in warehouse storage and intralogistics technologies to recruit a WMS Software Sales Specialist. This role focuses on selling a best-in-class Warehouse Management System (WMS) to clients across retail, manufacturing, 3PL and distribution sectors. You will identify opportunities, run tailored demonstrations, develop commercial proposals, and close business while partnering with solution architects and delivery teams.
Key responsibilities:
- Generate and manage a pipeline of WMS software opportunities.
- Conduct needs analysis, deliver product demos, and build tailored proposals.
- Lead commercial negotiations and close software licences and implementation contracts.
- Coordinate with technical teams to ensure feasible, scoping-complete proposals.
- Maintain CRM records, forecast sales, and meet/exceed targets.
- Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor products, and customer challenges.
Candidate profile:
The WMS Software Sales Specialist will have the following experience:
- 3–5+ years in enterprise software sales — WMS, TMS, ERP, or supply chain solutions ideal.
- Solid understanding of warehouse processes (picking, replenishment, inbound/outbound, automation).
- Strong consultative selling, presentation and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working with channel partners or integrators is advantageous.
- Comfortable working globally and cross-functionally (pre-sales, implementation).
