John Charles Search is representing a leading provider of high-quality storage solutions and office interiors, known for their problem-solving approach and commitment to customer satisfaction. We’re seeking a Sales Manager with strong B2B experience in Storage Systems (Shelving, Racking, Mezzanine floors, Partitioning etc). The role focuses on driving new business, managing key client relationships, and overseeing full project delivery.

Salary/Benefits:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales & Business Development: Drive revenue growth through strategic sales planning, lead generation, and client presentations.
  • Client Management: Own client relationships from project initiation to post-sale support, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
  • Market & Product Expertise: Stay ahead of industry trends, maintain deep product knowledge, and share insights with internal teams.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Deliver forecasts, track sales metrics, and support pricing strategies to optimize profitability.

Experience & Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in storage systems or related industries, with a proven track record in managing complex, high-value projects.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field; sales or project management certifications are a plus.
  • Strong skills in client relationship management, project execution, and technical sales presentations.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD; confident in data analysis, multitasking, and leading negotiations.
