We're seeking a Sales Manager in the UK to drive new business, manage your own client portfolio, and help customers transform their operations with innovative automation solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and win new business opportunities within warehouse automation and intralogistics
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation through to project handover
- Work closely with engineering and project teams to deliver tailored automation solutions
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers and key stakeholders
- Represent the business at industry events and client meetings
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven sales experience within warehouse automation, material handling, or industrial automation
- Experience selling complex engineered or automation solutions
- Track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Based in the UK with flexibility to travel
