Partner Manager β Warehouse Automation (UK)\\n\\nLocation: United Kingdom (Remote with travel)\\n\\nJohn Charles Search is representing a global leader in warehouse automation and robotics solutions, currently seeking a dynamic Partner Manager (UK) to drive growth through strategic alliances and integrator relationships across the region.\\n\\nThis position is ideal for a commercially minded professional with a strong technical foundation in AMR, ASRS, or intralogistics automation, and proven success managing channel, distribution, or integrator partnerships within the warehouse or supply chain automation industry.\\n\\nKey Responsibilities\\n\\n * Develop and manage relationships with system integrators, resellers, and strategic partners to expand market reach across the UK and Europe.\\n\\n * Drive joint business development efforts, identifying and converting high-value opportunities through partner networks.\\n\\n * Collaborate closely with internal sales, engineering, and solution design teams to ensure successful solution delivery and partner satisfaction.\\n\\n * Support partners in go-to-market planning, technical training, and sales enablement to enhance capability and alignment.\\n\\n * Track performance metrics, forecasts, and partner pipelines, ensuring consistent communication and accountability.\\n\\nIdeal Candidate\\n\\n * 5+ yearsβ experience in warehouse automation, robotics, or material handling systems.\\n\\n * Strong background in partner/channel management or solution-based sales.\\n\\n * Familiarity with technologies such as AMRs, AGVs, conveyors, and shuttle systems.\\n\\n * Confident communicator, able to engage with technical and commercial stakeholders at all levels.\\n\\n * Self-driven and collaborative, with the ability to manage multiple relationships and priorities across a fast-paced region
