Our client is seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Accounts Administrator to oversee and manage a range of key financial responsibilities. The successful candidate will be entrusted with handling the following duties: Your responsibilities: The successful Accounts Administrator will be responsible for: Keep accounting books and records. Treasury monitoring. Treasury forecasts. Reconcile financial statements. Preparation of payments to suppliers. Billing management. Management of collection (clients). Monthly / annual accounting closings. Report financial information to HQ. Preparation of information for audits. Fulfilment in time and form of the tax obligations of the company. Other tasks inherent to an administration department. Payroll and new hires. Back Office and Warehouse administrative needs. Minimum Requirements: The successful Accounts Administrator will have the following experience: An analytical, proactive, autonomous, dynamic and problem-solving-oriented approach. Proficiency in Excel. The ability to work in a demanding environment, with rigor and strict deadlines. The capacity for constructive communication and collaboration with other departments. A demonstrable 2-4 years’ experience in similar departments and functions. An Accounting/Finance degree or full AAT. Knowledge of FI and CO modules of SAP. An ability to stay calm and tactful under pressure. We Offer: The successful Accounts Administrator will have the following benefits: A permanent contract (6-month probation period).
