As our business continues to grow, we are expanding our Protection team and seeking an experienced Protection Adviser to join a supportive, high-performing environment. You will work alongside a strong Mortgage Advice network, receiving warm leads and helping clients put meaningful protection in place that safeguards their financial future. This is an excellent opportunity for an adviser ready to take the next step in their career within a well-established national brand that actively supports long-term progression.
The Role
- Provide expert advice and quotations on protection insurance products
- Manage your pipeline effectively in line with company policy
- Maintain accurate records and strong case administration
- Engage clients in a compliant, professional and customer-first manner
- Convert warm leads from Mortgage Advisers
- Deliver against sales targets while maintaining high conduct standards
- Demonstrate strong awareness of customer outcomes and risk
- Contribute positively to team culture and performance
