Established in 1974, John Charcol is a trusted, award winning, whole of market mortgage broker. We are looking for experienced Mortgage Advisers or Brokers throughout the U.K to join our growing self-employed team.

As a Self-Employed Mortgage Broker, you will provide expert, tailored advice on mortgage products, helping clients secure the most suitable solutions for their individual needs. This opportunity suits individuals who are highly self‑motivated, driven, and committed to delivering exceptional customer service.

You will benefit from access to our experienced network support, including dedicated expertise in sales coaching, business development, and marketing, designed to help you build and grow your own successful business under the John Charcol brand. This role is ideal for those looking to broaden their experience, whether you are taking your first step into a self‑employed broker role or are an established broker seeking a stronger platform for growth.

What We Offer

  • Uncapped, high‑intent clients
  • Up to 65% commission, with no additional network, PI, software, or FCA costs
  • Complete flexibility over when you work
  • Full flexibility to work from anywhere across the UK
  • Commission paid at offer stage for the first 6 months
  • Additional financial support available for the first four months (if required)
