We are seeking an experienced and proactive Operational Manager to oversee the daily running of our busy Bus and Coach Garage. This is a key leadership role, ensuring our fleet, staff, and compliance standards operate at the highest level.
Key Responsibilities
- Day to day management of garage operations
- Oversight of MOT scheduling and compliance
- Management and monitoring of tachograph systems
- Ensuring vehicles meet all safety and regulatory standards
- Coordinating with drivers, engineering teams, and office staff
- Ensuring all buses are clean prior to hire
- Supporting efficient fleet planning and service delivery
- Maintaining high standards of operational performance and customer service
