John Bell & Croyden is a large, premium Pharmacy and Wellbeing store in London W1. Working in John Bell & Croyden retail means representing our brand and our values. Our product range includes pharmaceuticals, vitamins & supplements, medical & independent living aids, skincare and luxury bath products.

We are seeking a passionate Nutritionist to join our retail team and fill a full-time position. In this role, you will provide expert nutritional guidance to customers while promoting and selling health-related products.

Job Purpose

On the sales floor, it’s all about excellent customer service. As a Nutritionist/Sales Advisor, you are a multitasker who enjoys being on your feet. You are also a positive and friendly person with a fantastic sense of togetherness. You have great organizational and time management skills and enjoy working with a team of people who are just as interested in looking after the wellbeing of customers as you are.

Responsibilities
  • Providing exceptional customer service and at times be required to support the Customer Experience team dealing with customer queries
  • Provide general advice and guidance to our customers
  • Attending training sessions
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Nutrition or related field (Master's degree preferred)
  • Registered Associate Nutritionist (AfN certified) or equivalent
  • Previous experience working as a Nutritionist or in a related role is preferred
  • Experience in providing a high standard of customer service
  • A good understanding of retail
  • Ability to work a flexible monthly rota, including bank holidays and weekends
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with a multidisciplinary team
Experience

At least 1 year experience of working in Nutrition or Pharmacy or Retail.
