As a Retail Sales Advisor you will be required to guide, inspire, and help our customers in every way. Whether on the sales floor, till-points, or back of house in our customer experience and fulfilment team. A high quality of service means you will also have to ensure our products and store remains attractive. Are you friendly, enthusiastic, and passionate about customer service? We are looking for a Part-Time Sales Advisor to join our team and help create an excellent shopping experience for our customers!

Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support the Customer Experience team dealing with customer queries.
  • Provide general advice to customers, maintain store presentation standards, clean and replenish shelves and date check stock.
Duties
  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products or services.
  • Demonstrate in-depth product knowledge to assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions.
  • Provide outstanding customer service before, during, and after the sales process.
  • Maintain a clean and organized sales environment.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person.
Qualifications
  • Successful completion of an HCA (Healthcare Assistants) certificate will be desirable. Training opportunities are readily available.
What we are looking for:
  • A friendly and confident personality.
  • Strong communication and sales skills.
  • Ability to work weekends only (Saturday & Sunday).
  • At least 1-year experience of working in Luxury retail.
  • Previous retail or sales experience is a plus.
