The Opportunity John Bell & Croyden is looking for an experienced and commercially minded Assistant Store Manager to help lead our Wigmore Street store. Sitting between the Retail Store Manager and our Floor Managers, this is a pivotal role for someone who can turn strategy into action, raise management capability and create an exceptional customer experience every day. You will be the Retail Store Manager’s operational deputy, taking ownership of daily trading, coaching Floor Managers, protecting store standards and stepping up to lead the store when required. This is not a back-office role. You will be visible, decisive and close to customers, colleagues and performance.
