SALES SPECIALIST REQUIRED FOR JOHN BANKS GROUP - Bury St Edmunds for Suzuki Franchise. John Banks Group has been providing the highest level of customer service to drivers from across East Anglia for nearly 50 years with locations at Bury St Edmunds, Ipswich, Cambridge and Colchester. With an expansive selection of new and used cars from ten of the most trusted brands in the automotive industry, as well as comprehensive aftersales services, we strive to ensure that a customer's experience with us is as enjoyable and stress-free as possible.

A Sales Specialist at John Banks Group will be responsible for selling new and used franchised and non-franchised vehicles to customers. The Sales Specialist must have excellent knowledge of the product lines, including features, benefits, and pricing, and be able to effectively communicate this information to potential customers.

  • Key responsibilities include:
  • Greeting customers and understanding their needs
  • Presenting, communicating online, by text, chat and email
  • Demonstrating vehicles both virtually and face to face
  • Negotiating and closing deals
  • Maintaining excellent customer relationships

The Sales Specialist will work closely with the sales team and the dealership management to meet or exceed sales goals and provide exceptional customer service. Additionally, the Sales Specialist will be responsible for staying up-to-date on industry trends and developments, as well as maintaining knowledge of financing options and incentives.

The successful candidate will have a strong track record of sales success, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.

Position: This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday 8.30am to 6.00pm, One Day off in the week, Saturday 9am to 5pm, NO Sunday.

Holiday: 22 Days holiday per annum increasing to 26 days in line with LOS plus standard bank holidays.

Workwear: PPE Supplied. Rental vehicle depending upon experience.
