A Sales Specialist at John Banks Group will be responsible for selling new and used franchised and non-franchised vehicles to customers. The Sales Specialist must have excellent knowledge of the product lines, including features, benefits, and pricing, and be able to effectively communicate this information to potential customers.
- Key responsibilities include greeting customers and understanding their needs, presenting, communicating online, by text, chat and email, and demonstrating vehicles both virtually and face to face.
- Negotiating and closing deals, and maintaining excellent customer relationships.
- Working closely with the sales team and dealership management to meet or exceed sales goals and provide exceptional customer service.
- Staying up-to-date on industry trends and developments, as well as maintaining knowledge of financing options and incentives.
The successful candidate will have a strong track record of sales success, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.

This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday 8.30am to 6.00pm, One Day off in the week, Saturday 9am to 5pm, NO Sunday.
Holiday: 22 Days holiday per annum plus standard bank holidays increasing with length of service up to 26 days a year.
Workwear: PPE Supplied. Rental vehicle optional.
