We are looking for an enthusiastic, organised and highly professional
People Coordinator to join our Head Office team.
This is a varied and rewarding role responsible for coordinating recruitment, maintaining employee records, preparing employment documentation and supporting managers with all aspects of people administration.
This is not a traditional HR Manager role.
Instead, you will become the central point of coordination for our people administration processes, ensuring everything runs smoothly, professionally and compliantly.
About the Role
Working closely with the Chief Executive Officer, Directors and Managers across the Group, you will coordinate recruitment activity, maintain our People HR system, prepare employment documentation and ensure managers receive the support they need throughout the employee lifecycle.
You'll be highly organised, enjoy working with people and take pride in delivering an excellent administrative service.
- Your Responsibilities
- Coordinate recruitment campaigns across the Group.
- Prepare and publish recruitment advertisements.
- Screen applications against agreed job criteria.
- Liaise with managers regarding suitable candidates.
- Arrange interviews and communicate with applicants.
- Prepare employment offers and contracts.
- Coordinate onboarding for all new employees with the training Manager.
- Maintain employee records within People HR.
- Produce contracts, letters and employment documentation.
- Arrange probation review meetings and monitor completion.
- Coordinate disciplinary, grievance, investigation and welfare meetings on behalf of managers.
- Send meeting invitations and reminders.
- Record employee changes including promotions, salary amendments and contractual changes.
- Coordinate mandatory training records and maintain compliance.
- Maintain Right to Work documentation.
- Produce employment references where authorised.
- Assist with HR compliance reporting.
- Provide professional administrative support to managers across all departments.
About You
You'll enjoy administration, organisation and working with people.
You'll also have
- Previous HR Administration, Recruitment Administration or Office Administration experience.
- Excellent organisational skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Professional telephone manner.
- Experience using HR software (People HR preferred).
- Ability to manage confidential information.
- A positive, approachable and professional attitude.
