With established locations in Bury St Edmunds, Ipswich, Cambridge, and Colchester, we are now looking for a Vehicle Valeter / Service Washer & Support Driver to join our team at Ipswich.
About the Role:
As a key part of our operations team, you will ensure our vehicles are presented to the highest standards – from showroom-ready deliveries to customer handovers and service wash clean-ups.
Your duties will include:
- Washing and valeting sales and service vehicles to a high professional standard
- Using professional valeting equipment and approved motor industry chemicals
- Preparing new vehicles after Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI)
- Conducting full vehicle clean-downs after servicing
- Checking for damage or imperfections and reporting them appropriately
- Fitting in-car marketing materials for forecourt vehicles
- Safely moving and parking vehicles across our site
- Working with a time sheet system and maintaining accurate records
- Following all Health & Safety and vehicle movement protocols
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous vehicle valeting or service wash experience
- Familiarity with safe use of valeting products and chemicals
- Ability to work to tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Full UK driving licence (held for a minimum of 2 years – essential)
- Good spoken and written English for communication and task instructions
- Ability to follow paper and digital instructions via laptops, tablets, and smartphones
- A reliable, flexible, and team-oriented attitude
