What You'll Be Doing
You'll carry out:
- Manufacturer servicing and routine maintenance
- MOT Tests
- Vehicle diagnostics and fault finding
- Mechanical and electrical repairs
- Warranty repairs to Honda standards
- Brake, steering and suspension repairs
- Timing belts, clutches and engine repairs
- Vehicle Health Checks using digital reporting
- Preparation of Approved Used Vehicles
- Road testing vehicles where required
- Supporting colleagues to deliver exceptional customer satisfaction
Every vehicle leaving our workshop should be completed to the highest possible standard.
We're Looking For Someone Who
✔ Holds a Level 3 NVQ (or equivalent) in Vehicle Maintenance & Repair & MOT Qualification
✔ Has previous franchised dealer or independent workshop experience
✔ Enjoys diagnostics and solving technical faults
✔ Takes pride in producing quality work
✔ Works well within a team
✔ Has excellent attention to detail
✔ Wants to continue learning through manufacturer training
✔ Holds a full UK driving licence
An MOT Tester qualification would be advantageous but isn't essential.
Honda experience is welcomed but certainly not essential as full manufacturer training will be provided.
