The Role

As a Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering an outstanding customer journey from initial enquiry through to vehicle handover and beyond.

You will build long-term relationships with customers, proactively contact existing customers from our extensive database, generate new business opportunities and achieve sales targets whilst maintaining the highest levels of customer satisfaction.

Working within a busy franchised dealership, you will represent the Suzuki brand professionally while following all manufacturer, FCA and company sales processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sell new and approved used Suzuki vehicles.
  • Build lasting customer relationships that generate repeat business and referrals.
  • Manage enquiries from telephone, email, website and showroom visitors.
  • Make a minimum of

20 proactive outbound customer calls each day to generate appointments and sales opportunities.

  • Achieve a target of

15 or more vehicle sales per month .

  • Demonstrate vehicles and accompany customers on test drives.
  • Present finance, insurance and value-added products compliantly, ensuring customers understand the benefits available.
  • Ensure all documentation is completed accurately and in accordance with FCA and company requirements.
  • Maintain excellent customer records using the Group CRM and Dealer Management Systems.
  • Deliver exceptional vehicle handovers.
  • Work closely with the Sales Manager, Business Manager, Aftersales and Administration teams.
  • Obtain positive online reviews and achieve excellent Customer Satisfaction (CSI) results.
  • Follow up customers after delivery to build long-term relationships.
  • Maintain showroom presentation and ensure stock vehicles are displayed to the highest standard.

What We're Looking For

  • Previous sales experience is preferred, ideally within the motor industry, although full training will be provided for the right candidate.

  • Ability to work under pressure in a target-driven environment.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Computer literate and confident using digital systems.
  • Full UK Driving Licence.
