John Banks Group is looking for an experienced and highly skilled Technician, ideally with Honda Technician status or equivalent expertise, to join our expanding team. Your Responsibilities
- Perform advanced diagnostics, repairs, and vehicle health checks using Honda diagnostic tools and systems
- Support and guide the workshop team with technical expertise and mentoring where needed
- Conduct routine servicing, MOTs (if certified), air conditioning repairs, brake and tyre work, and warranty jobs
- Complete all work to Honda manufacturer standards within specified timescales
- Ensure accurate documentation of completed work using electronic video health checks
- Work collaboratively with colleagues, Service Advisors, and Honda Technical Support
What You’ll Need
- Technician qualification – ideally Honda - accredited
- Minimum Level 3 NVQ or equivalent in Vehicle Maintenance & Repair
- Proven background in diagnostics and complex fault-finding
- Proficiency with modern vehicle systems and diagnostic equipment
- A commitment to delivering exceptional service and workmanship
- Full, clean UK Driving Licence
- MOT Tester qualification (preferred, not essential)
