Sales Specialist - Colchester, Renault, Dacia and Alpine
John Banks Group is one of East Anglia's leading automotive retailer groups, representing some of the world's best-known vehicle brands. We are looking for an enthusiastic, professional and customer-focused Sales Specialist to join our successful team in Colchester.
Responsibilities
- Selling new and approved used vehicles.

- Professional appearance and attitude.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
- Ability to work effectively within a busy team environment.
What We Offer
- 5‑day workweek (Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM, with one weekday off).
- Saturday shifts: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
- No Sunday work required.
Leave Entitlement
22 days annual leave, increasing with length of service, plus the standard 8 bank holidays.
Salary & Experience
Basic £24,000 plus commissions OTE £50,000.
Motor Industry experience required and a full clean UK driving licence.
