Are you a skilled Motorcycle Technician looking to join a professional, forward-thinking, and growing dealership group? John Banks Group is looking for an experienced and motivated Motorcycle Technician to join our busy Honda Colchester workshop team. This is an exciting opportunity to work within a modern dealership environment using the latest diagnostic technology, specialist tools, and manufacturer training programmes.
The Role
- Service, maintain, and repair motorcycles to manufacturer standards
- Diagnose faults using modern diagnostic equipment and workshop systems
- Carry out inspections, maintenance, and warranty repairs
- Complete electronic health checks and accurate workshop reports
- Ensure all work is completed efficiently, safely, and to a high standard
- Support a positive workshop environment focused on quality and customer satisfaction
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience as a Motorcycle Technician
- Strong mechanical and diagnostic skills
- Full UK motorcycle licence
- Applicants must be aged 22 or over for insurance purposes
- A positive, professional, and team-oriented attitude
- Commitment to quality workmanship and customer care
- Ability to work effectively within a busy workshop environment
Desirable Qualifications & Experience
- NVQ Level 3 Motorcycle Maintenance & Repair (or equivalent)
- MOT Tester qualification
- Previous manufacturer or franchised dealership experience
