John Banks Group is looking to recruit an experienced Master Technician to join our Renault & Dacia team in Cambridge. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a well-established, family-owned dealer group with strong manufacturer relationships and a focus on quality, training, and long-term careers.
The Role
As a Master Technician, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality diagnostics, repairs, and technical support across the Renault and Dacia range. You will also support and mentor other technicians within the workshop, helping to maintain the highest standards of workmanship and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Carrying out advanced diagnostics and complex repairs
- Supporting the workshop team with technical expertise
- Ensuring all work meets manufacturer and group standards
- Completing work efficiently, accurately, and safely
- Maintaining clear job records and documentation
What We're Looking For
- Qualified Master Technician (or equivalent senior diagnostic level)
- Strong experience with Renault, Dacia, or similar OEM standards preferred
- Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- A professional, team-focused approach
- Commitment to quality and customer care

- 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday (no weekends)
