You'll be highly organised, enjoy working with people and take pride in delivering an excellent administrative service.

Your Responsibilities

  • Coordinate recruitment campaigns across the Group.

  • Send meeting invitations and reminders.
  • Maintain confidential electronic personnel files.
  • Record employee changes including promotions, salary amendments and contractual changes.
  • Coordinate mandatory training records and maintain compliance.
  • Maintain Right to Work documentation.
  • Produce employment references where authorised.
  • Assist with HR compliance reporting.
  • Provide professional administrative support to managers across all departments.

About You

You'll enjoy administration, organisation and working with people.

You'll also have:

  • Previous HR Administration, Recruitment Administration or Office Administration experience.
  • Excellent organisational skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Professional telephone manner.
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills.
  • Experience using HR software (People HR preferred).
  • Ability to manage confidential information.
  • A positive, approachable and professional attitude.

What We Offer

  • Competitive salary
  • Company pension scheme
  • Employee discounts across the Group
  • Friendly family-owned business
  • Career development opportunities

If you're passionate about organisation, recruitment and supporting people, we'd love to hear from you.
