The Role
As a Motorcycle Technician, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality servicing, repairs, and diagnostics while maintaining the highest standards of workmanship, safety, and customer care.
Key Responsibilities
- Service, maintain, and repair motorcycles to manufacturer standards
- Diagnose faults using modern diagnostic equipment and workshop systems
- Carry out inspections, maintenance, and warranty repairs
- Complete electronic health checks and accurate workshop reports
- Ensure all work is completed efficiently, safely, and to a high standard
- Support a positive workshop environment focused on quality and customer satisfaction
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience as a Motorcycle Technician
- Strong mechanical and diagnostic skills
- Full UK motorcycle licence
- Applicants must be aged 22 or over for insurance purposes
- A positive, professional, and team-oriented attitude
- Commitment to quality workmanship and customer care
- Ability to work effectively within a busy workshop environment
Desirable Qualifications & Experience
- NVQ Level 3 Motorcycle Maintenance & Repair (or equivalent)
- MOT Tester qualification
- Previous manufacturer or franchised dealership experience
