Ihre Aufgaben:
- Verantwortung für die Organisation und Strukturierung eines Wohnbereiches
- Enge Abstimmung mit der Pflegedienstleitung zur Sicherstellung der Einhaltung aller festgelegten Abläufe
- Übernahme administrativer Aufgaben im Bereich Pflegemanagement
- Personalführung und Personaleinsatzplanung, um einen effizienten Ablauf im Wohnbereich zu garantieren
- Beratung und Unterstützung für Bewohner*innen, Angehörige, Mitarbeitende und Kooperationspartner
- Mitwirkung bei der Umsetzung und Weiterentwicklung von Pflege- und Qualitätsstandards
- Unterstützung bei der Einarbeitung neuer Mitarbeitender und Auszubildender
Ihr Profil:
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Pflegebereich (Alten-, Gesundheits- oder Krankenpflege oder vergleichbare Ausbildung)
- Idealerweise eine Weiterbildung zur Wohnbereichsleitung (wir unterstützen Sie gerne bei der Erlangung dieser Qualifikation)
- Ein Bachelor- oder Masterabschluss in Pflege-Management, Gesundheitsmanagement oder Pflegewissenschaft ist ebenfalls möglich
- Gute Kenntnisse in der Umsetzung der Expertenstandards
