Responsibilities
- Lead regular vulnerability assessments and penetration tests across systems, applications, and network infrastructure.
- Analyse and prioritise vulnerabilities by criticality and potential impact to the organisation.
- Work with IT, development and other teams to develop and implement timely remediation plans.
- Produce clear reports on assessment findings, risk analysis and remediation status.
- Stay current on emerging threats and vulnerabilities and apply this knowledge to continuously improve the vulnerability management programme.
- Ensure activities meet relevant regulatory requirements and support related audits.
Qualifications
- 5‑7 years' experience in vulnerability management, ideally within financial services.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Computer Science or related field.
- Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CEH or OSCP highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of vulnerability assessment tools (e. g. Nessus, Qualys, Tenable, Rapid7) and network/application security practices.
- Excellent analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate technical findings for non‑technical audiences.
- Proven leadership skills, with the ability to lead cross‑functional initiatives to completion.
