As a Store Manager, you are responsible for the daily operation of your store, ensuring the highest performance in all areas, including adherence to market-specific legal requirements, company policies, and compliance structures. You must have full oversight of the store, lead your team to efficient workflows, deliver great guest experiences, and maintain high-quality products. Success depends on your ability to lead, develop, and retain a highly engaged team, meet cost budgets, achieve sales targets, and drive EBITDA through existing and new initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead team members in alignment with company virtues and operational principles.
  • Recruitment: manage recruitment, pre‑boarding, and onboarding of team members, and develop optimal team positioning.
  • Employee Engagement: develop and motivate the team through development plans, feedback, in‑store training, team meetings, and by maintaining employee engagement scores at or above benchmarks.
  • Guest Experience: build strong guest relations within the local community following brand behaviour principles to increase guest loyalty.
  • Operational Requirements: enforce hygiene, health, and safety standards to maintain brand and local ratings.
  • Shift Planning: create optimal store shift plans that consider seasonality, events, and other traffic influences; manage absence, onboarding, off‑boarding, and contract compliance.
  • Stock Handling: own stock management, including counting and ordering, and keep waste percentages below monthly targets.
  • Performance Management: build sales and optimize EBITDA to meet defined KPI targets.

Key Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar leadership role.
  • Experience leading a team of at least 10 employees.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Motivation to become a people‑centric leader.
