The Shift Manager at Joe & the Juice plays a vital role in supervising the daily operations of the assigned shift, maintaining operational excellence, and supporting the store management team to achieve high guest satisfaction and financial performance.
Key Responsibilities
- DCWF: Ensure the daily concept workflow is executed to the highest standards, observe operational gaps, delegate tasks, and follow up with corrective and acknowledging feedback.
- Cleanliness & Standards: Oversee and delegate safety and hygiene checklists, ensuring adherence to the Pink Standard, document incidents, and report malfunctions.
- Juicer Training: Deliver planned training following the “Knowledge – Training – Practice – Validation” mantra, ensuring team members are skilled and engaged.
- Guest Experience: Lead by example to deliver exceptional guest experience, encourage the team, and handle in‑store feedback professionally.
- Financial Accountability: Monitor and optimise sales performance during shifts, communicate and follow up on daily commercial targets, handle deliveries and reporting.
