About the Role

As an Assistant Store Manager you will support the Store Manager in the daily operation of the store, ensuring the highest performance in all areas of the operation. You will apply market‑specific legal requirements, company policies, and risk & compliance structures. By leading and engaging the team you will create great guest experiences, driving overall store performance. Your success depends on your ability to deliver best‑in‑class guest experiences, turning regular customers into loyal guests, and working with the Store Manager to meet or exceed store performance targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operational requirements: Maintain a safe and healthy work environment, enforce hygiene, health, and safety standards, and uphold conceptual store structures.
  • Employee engagement: Assist the Store Manager in developing and engaging the team through daily feedback, in‑store training, and engagement initiatives.
  • Guest experience: Build strong guest relations following brand principles, ensuring a guest‑first approach and increasing loyalty.
  • Performance management: Help build sales and optimise store EBITDA to achieve or exceed defined KPI targets.
  • Value‑based leadership: Lead team members in alignment with company virtues and operational principles.

Key Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of leadership or key‑holder experience (e.g., Shift Leader, Supervisor).
  • Experience in a fast‑paced team environment (teams of 10 or more employees is a plus).
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Highly motivated to develop as a people‑centred leader and grow a career in management.
