As a District Manager, you lead daily operations in the Manchester district, ensuring high performance across all stores. You manage a team of Store Managers, develop talent, monitor compliance, and drive sales to meet budget and EBITDA targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Performance Management – Build sales and EBITDA across the district to meet/exceed KPIs.
  • Value-Based Leadership – Coach Store Managers in line with company virtues and operational principles.
  • Employee Engagement – Develop robust performance plans, provide feedback, and maintain engagement scores.
  • Recruitment Practices – Select, onboard, and build a talent pipeline for Store Managers.
  • Operational Requirements – Enforce hygiene, health, safety, and 4-wall compliance.
  • Guest Experience – Maintain a guest-first culture, enhancing loyalty and satisfaction.

Key Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years experience in a similar leadership role.
  • Experience operating store(s) in a food & beverage chain.
  • Leadership of Store Managers.
  • Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
  • Strong analytical and performance management skills.
  • Track record of optimizing performance across multiple stores.

  • Operational – Hygiene, pest & fire safety, 4-wall compliance.
  • Employee – Engagement score, turnover, quick quits.
  • Guest – Returning guests, app conversions, complaints, wait time, product availability, store audits.
  • Store – Sales target, waste, salary cost, productivity, overhead, 4-wall EBITDA.
