As a Store Manager, you are responsible for the daily operation of your store, ensuring the highest performance in all areas through collaboration with the District Manager. You will adhere to legal requirements, company policies, risk and compliance structures. You are expected to have a full overview of your store and lead team members ensuring efficient workflows, great guest experiences, and high‑quality products.
Key Responsibilities
- Virtue‑Based Leadership – lead the team in alignment with company virtues and operational principles.
- Recruitment – manage recruiting, pre‑boarding, onboarding, optimal team positioning and talent pipeline.
- Employee Engagement – develop and motivate team through development plans, feedback, in‑store training, and meetings to meet or exceed engagement benchmarks.
- Guest Experience – ensure a guest‑first approach, build strong relations locally, and increase loyalty.
- Operational Requirements – maintain a safe, secure, healthy environment, enforce hygiene, health, and safety standards, and uphold brand and local standards.
- Shift Planning – create optimal shift plans considering seasonality, events, traffic, and manage absences, onboarding, off‑boarding and legal working time.
- Stock Handling – own stock handling, counting, ordering, and maintain waste within target.
- Performance Management – build sales and optimize EBITDA to achieve KPI targets.
Key Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar leadership role.
- Experience leading a team of at least 10 employees.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.

- Operational Requirements: hygiene standard, pest and fire safety control, and 4‑wall compliance.
