As a Store Manager, you are responsible for the daily operation of the store, ensuring the highest performance across all areas through close collaboration with your District Manager. You will maintain legal compliance, company policies and risk management, lead your team, and deliver high‑quality guest experiences while meeting sales targets, cost budgets and EBITDA objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Virtue‑Based Leadership: Effectively lead your team in alignment with company virtues and operational principles.
  • Recruitment: Manage the recruitment, pre‑boarding and onboarding of staff, optimise team positioning and develop a future talent pipeline.
  • Employee Engagement: Motivate the team through development plans, in‑store training, meetings and by ensuring engagement scores meet or exceed benchmarks.
  • Guest Experience: Promote a guest‑first approach, build strong local community relationships and increase overall guest loyalty.
  • Operational Requirements: Maintain a safe, secure and healthy environment, enforce hygiene, health and safety standards and uphold brand and local rating standards.
  • Shift Planning and Structures: Design optimal shift plans, manage absences, onboarding, off‑boarding and ensure compliance with contractual and labour law requirements.
  • Stock Handling: Own stock management, including counting and ordering to optimise inventory and keep waste below monthly targets.
  • Performance Management: Build sales and optimise EBITDA to meet defined KPI targets.

Key Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar leadership role.
  • Experience leading a team of 10 or more employees.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Motivated to become a people‑centric leader.
