From your first day you’ll be part of an international network of juicers who support each other, celebrate wins together, and push each other to grow. You will learn by doing, move through a clear Moneyball career path, and be part of a company where most leaders have earned their stripes behind the bar (over 75% of our employees started as Juicers).
If you love fast‑paced service, music, people, and the idea of turning a job into a lifestyle, JOE can become a place to build skills, friendships, and a career that can take you across cities, countries, and roles.
As a Shift Manager at JOE & THE JUICE, you play a vital role in supervising the daily operations of your assigned shift. - Cleanliness & Standards: Oversee, delegate, and follow up on checklists in the task‑monitoring system to ensure adherence with our food and bar safety principles (Pink Standard). Responsible for honest documentation and reporting any malfunctions or issues in the store.
- Juicer Training: Carry out planned Juicer training following our global training mantra: “Knowledge – Training – Practice – Validation” to develop skilled, engaged, and dedicated team members.
- Guest Experience: Lead by example, encourage, and follow up on the team to deliver an exceptional guest experience through our brand behaviour principles. Ensure guest satisfaction by handling in‑store feedback professionally.
- Financial Accountability: Monitor and optimise sales performance during shifts, communicate and follow up on daily commercial targets, carry out deliveries, and supervise general type‑in culture.
Key Performance Indicators:
- Operational Requirements: Task‑monitoring checklists completion rate
- Guest Experience: Guest feedback ratings – Myli score, App ratings
- Store Performance: Daily commercial targets, waste registration, employee meal type‑ins, delivery reporting
Why Work With Us:
- Great Company Culture: Be part of a team that values positive attitudes, inclusivity, and social ties. Enjoy a packed social calendar with events that foster camaraderie and create lasting memories.
