JOE & THE JUICE invites you to apply for the Assistant Store Manager position at our Solihull location. This role is a full‑time, mid‑senior level opportunity where you will partner with the Store Manager to lead daily operations and deliver superior guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain a safe and healthy work environment, enforce hygiene, health and safety standards and keep store standards consistently high.
- Assist the Store Manager in developing, engaging and motivating the team through daily feedback, in‑store training and engagement initiatives.
- Deliver a guest‑first experience by building strong guest relations, increasing guest loyalty and supporting overall store performance.
- Help build sales and optimize store EBITDA to meet or exceed KPI targets.
- Lead team members in alignment with company virtues and operational principles.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of leadership or key‑holder experience (e.g., Shift Leader, Supervisor or a similar role).
- Experience in a fast‑paced team environment, preferably with 10+ employees.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong motivation to develop as a people‑centric leader and grow a career in management.
