JOE & THE JUICE is seeking a senior HRBP to lead the UK&I People agenda from London or the North. You’ll partner with regional directors, coach store and district managers, and drive engagement, succession planning and people metrics across multiple sites.
You’ll shape a people-first culture, balance commercial needs with employee relations expertise, and collaborate with the Talent team to deliver leadership development and pipeline programs in a fast-paced, retail environment.
