As an Assistant Store Manager, you’re right in the middle of it all - leading shifts, supporting your manager, and making sure the team is set up to perform. You help set the tone. You keep the standards high. You make things happen.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Lead shifts with energy, pace, and focus
• Support, coach, and motivate the team on the floor
• Step in where needed - always leading from the front
• Keep the store running smooth, clean, and fully stocked
• Support your Store Manager in driving performance and results
• Help build a positive, inclusive, high-energy team culture
