Store Manager role at JOE & THE JUICE. Reports to: Regional Manager. You are responsible for the daily operation of the store, ensuring the highest performance in all areas by effectively leading your team and complying with market-specific legal requirements, company policies, risk and compliance structures. You will have a full overview of your store and lead your team to ensure efficient workflows, great guest experiences, and high-quality products.
Key Responsibilities
- Value-Based Leadership: Effectively lead your team in alignment with company virtues and operational principles.
- Recruitment: Responsible for recruitment, pre-boarding, and onboarding of team members, and ensuring optimal team positioning and future talent pipeline.
- Employee Engagement: Develop and motivate your team through development plans, in-store training, team meetings, and achieving employee engagement scores that meet or exceed benchmarks.
- Guest Experience: Ensure a guest-first approach, building strong guest relations in the community in accordance with brand behaviour principles and increasing guest loyalty.
- Operational Requirements: Maintain a safe, secure, and healthy working environment by enforcing hygiene, health, and safety standards while upholding brand and local standards.
- Shift Planning and Scheduling: Create optimal store shift plans considering seasonality, events, and other factors; manage attendance and ensure contractual and legal compliance.
- Stock Handling: Own stock handling including counting and ordering to maintain inventory and minimise waste.
- Performance Management: Build sales and optimise store EBITDA to achieve defined KPI targets.
