Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior Social Video Producer at JOE Media Group. The Junior Social Video Producer will be responsible for video production, multimedia creation, video editing, and video post-production activities on a day-to-day basis. Starting Salary: £24,000 Office Location: Northern Quarter, Manchester Will include occasional evening and weekend work WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR Key aspects of role: Create engaging original content for a mixture of platforms Regularly monitor insights using social media analysis tools, and review and report on effectiveness to maximise results Work as part of a team to maintain a publishing schedule for video content across the Joe Media Group platforms Adhere to brand and community guidelines when posting content, ensuring all content is reflective of the JOE tone of voice Maintain a positive relationship with creators with effective relationship management Track/organise content and results in an efficient and effective system Skills and experience we’d like you to have: Experience of creating and editing content for social media, ideally Facebook, Instagram & TikTok Experience using Adobe Premiere Pro Experience of filming Excellent storytelling skills The ability to create different types of content including food, sport, lifestyle etc. Impeccable grammar and punctuation skills Organisational skills – calm under pressure and good at planning ahead Able to move quickly and easily, embracing and responding to change An attention to detail Ability to use initiative and make effective decisions Knowledge of media law, including copyright and consent, and ethical considerations, is also desirable Benefits We are a growing company that provides the opportunity to take part in all sorts of business building conversations and experiences.
