Job Overview

JoCs (Cleaning) Ltd are a Successful Cleaning Company working solely with Property Management Companies and an opening has arisen to join our team in Watford WD24 working on an Exclusive Residential Development in the New Build Phase .

The ideal candidate will be a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner and this role requires a proactive approach to ensure that all areas are kept tidy and presentable, contributing to a safe and pleasant environment for both staff and residents.

Hours:

The hours are 20 hours a week

Saturday hrs 3hrs

Sunday hrs 3hrs

Monday hrs 5hrs

Tuesday hrs 4hrs

Wednesday hrs 5hrs

Job specification

The works are for Communal Cleaning only and no works are expected in Private Residences.

Each day cleaning needs to be undertaken to the Gym , meeting room , Screen room , residential floors , lifts and lobby areas: a strict schedule is to be followed .

The cleaning consists of:

• Hoovering
• Mopping
• Dusting
• Removing marks
• Any other cleaning needed to ensure all areas are pristine.
• Clean and sanitise restrooms, kitchens, and communal areas to ensure high standards of hygiene.
• Maintain cleaning supplies inventory and report any shortages or equipment issues.
• Follow established cleaning protocols and procedures to ensure consistency in service delivery.
• Ensure all cleaning equipment is used safely and maintained properly.

Outside areas need to be attended too and this is litter picking, emptying bins, rotating bins and checking and litter picking the car park.

Experience

• Previous experience in commercial cleaning is preferred
• A strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Good time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
• Knowledge of health and safety standards related to cleaning practices is an advantage.

Absolute Requirements:

The successful applicant MUST :

• speak fluent English and be able to communicate via text, wassap and email effortlessly in English.
• Be extremely smart in appearance
• Have very high standards in cleanliness
• Be able to represent our company in a positive manner.
