This partnership affords our customers the quality and durability that the marine and protective market have found synonymous with the KCC marine and heavy-duty brands. We are also the preferred company of choice when it comes to major corporate and government supply and application projects.
Responsibilities
- Administration
- Manages office supplies stock and places orders.
- Ensures office supplies are maintained, including checking inventory and working with vendors to always ensure adequate levels of necessary supplies.
- Ensures functionality of necessary office equipment and liaises with the facility maintenance officer to requisition new equipment and supplies as needed.
- Forwards all correspondence, such as letters and packages, to the relevant staff members.
- Prepares expense reports and assists with the preparation of administrative budgets.
- Assists with the preparation of reports and presentations.
- Books meeting and conference rooms for internal company programs.
- Maintains and updates company’s databases.
- Maintains a filing system for important and confidential company documents; maintains confidentiality and security of files and filing systems.
- Assists in organizing internal office events.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Fleet Management
- Schedules regular maintenance on all vehicles and orders urgent or emergency repairs as needed.
- Assists in the recruitment of quality drivers into the fleet and assists in training new drivers on company policies and processes.
- Analyzes vehicle data to decrease costs and increase business operational efficiency.
- Manages vehicle licensing and registration and ensures all drivers have proper documentation and up-to-date training.
- Establishes efficient routes and transportation schedules.
- Monitors driver behaviour and ensures a high level of performance.
- Utilizes GPS systems to monitor drivers and track vehicles.
- Ensures adherence to servicing and maintenance schedules to minimize downtime.
- Manages drivers so they adhere to schedules, company guidelines and proper driving practices.
- Provides reports to line manager on budgeting, schedules, maintenance, and fleet progress.
- Maintains detailed records of vehicle servicing and inspection.
- Ensures compliance with transport laws and regulations.
- Ensures vehicle compliance of third-party vendors.
Requirement
