Jobylon AB in Bedford is seeking a Shift Manager for our Food Production site. You will be fully responsible for the day-to-day running of your shift and lead operational improvements across the team to drive efficiency and quality.
You will supervise and develop the shift team, ensure health and safety, food safety, and customer service standards are met, and run 12-hour shift patterns with 6:00 AM–6:00 PM or 6:00 PM–6:00 AM cycles.
