Your role as a Logistics Administrator:
- Working as part of a small team, you will be providing general support across the admin function.
- You will be assisting with orders and sales enquiries for machines, parts and services received from the customers, sales distributors, online quotes, and the online parts shop for customers across UK and Europe.
- Placing orders for stock for customer orders and warehouse operations.
- Arranging of imports and exports to worldwide suppliers and customers.
- General office administration.
- Inputting of sales orders.
- Answering incoming calls and either assisting or passing onto the technical team.
- Dealing with emails and redirecting as required.
- Assisting the warehouse team on an ad hoc basis.
Skills and experience required:
- Previous experience in a similar administration role.
- Some form of experience in export, import or other similar logistics based environment.
- Confident with excellent people skills.
- Flexible with a can-do attitude approach.
- Accurate.
- General skills with Word, Excel and Outlook.
Benefits:
- A salary of £22,010 to £23,000, depending on experience.
- 20 days holiday plus Bank Holidays.
