Currently seeking an ambitious, career driven individual to join their Estimating team as a Junior Buyer.
The ideal candidate will have held a role within Buying, Supply Chain, Sourcing or Estimating.
The role requires someone who is confident within supplier negotiation, buying and sourcing products with a keen eye for detail and willingness to learn.
This would be a suitable role for a graduate that is interested in building a strong career!

What you will be doing as an Junior Buyer
- Working as part of the Estimating team you will be responsible for liaising between suppliers and sales team to deliver on customers requirements
- Pricing products and actioning customer requests in line with margin targets and within strict timescales to ensure brand proposition is maintained
- Constantly evaluating product selling prices are being maximised whilst being competitive in that particular marketplace
- Building and maintaining strong customer relationships
- Creation and development of processes and systems to calculate costs and margins
- Maintain all data and information on appropriate systems and documentation, accurately and within agreed timescales
- Negotiate fixed price periods with suppliers
- Identify and deliver cost savings
- Produce, review, and update accurate product review schedules within agreed timescales
- Deliver buying process within agreed timescales and targets as determined by the business
- Managing your own time, prioritise and track own workload

- Previous experience within a similar role from Buying, Supply Chain, Sourcing or Estimating would be ideal, however this role would be suitable for a recent graduate looking to start a career
- Experience managing and negotiating with multiple suppliers
- Effective listening skills with a logical and methodical approach
- Ability to build strong relationships with a variety of people at all levels
- Strong organisational skills whilst working within a pressurised and constantly evolving environment
- They would be open to a graduate with Supply Chain/Logistics/Business knowledge
