What will you be doing as a receptionist:

  • Working on a reception desk in a professional environment acting as first point of contact.
  • Managing the phone system.
  • Liaising with departments to ensure customers receive the best experience.
  • Answering all incoming calls, logging details, and transferring to the right person.
  • Managing meeting room bookings.
  • Providing general admin support.
  • Meeting and greeting visitors.
  • Outgoing post, samples, mailers.
  • Ensuring reception is run in a professional and efficient manner, in a way which supports the business.
