Our client is a leading manufacturing organisation with state of the art office space who are looking for a short term temporary receptionist to join the team in October. The office is based in Newton le Willows and due to office location, a driver with their own transport would be required.
Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for providing Reception support and ensuring seamless and quality customer service for all guests and employees at the company
- Postal duties including franking
- Be the first point of call for all guests & visitors – greeting them on arrival and handling their enquiries.
- Signing in and out customers, providing visitors and allocating car parking spaces
- Answering and directing telephone calls
Requirements
- A background in hospitality, Front of House or within a customer-oriented business
- Previous experience in reception or hosting would be beneficial
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong customer service and well organised
