As a Customer Service Advisor, you'll be the person that keeps everything moving - solving problems, guiding colleagues, and making sure nothing slips through the cracks. This is a role where your impact is felt daily. Based in Knutsford, you'll support teams across the UK, bringing clarity, structure and reassurance whenever it's needed most.

Your responsibilities as Customer Service Advisor:
- Acting as the first point of contact for internal queries across UK branches
- Providing clear guidance on systems, processes and day-to-day operations
- Logging, managing and tracking queries through to full resolution
- Ensuring consistent communication and updates to stakeholders
- Supporting and learning bespoke internal systems to deliver accurate solutions
- Maintaining high standards of service across all interactions
What we're looking for in a Customer Service Advisor:
- Previous experience in a support, service desk or customer-focused role
- Strong communication skills across different levels of a business
- Ability to manage and prioritise multiple queries effectively
- High attention to detail when logging and resolving issues
- Confidence using systems and learning new platforms
Working hours: 35 hours per week, shifts between 08:00-16:00 and 09:00-17:00.
