As a Customer Service Advisor, you’ll be the person that keeps everything moving - solving problems, guiding colleagues, and making sure nothing slips through the cracks. Your responsibilities as Customer Service Advisor:

  • Acting as the first point of contact for internal queries across UK branches
  • Providing clear guidance on systems, processes and day-to-day operations
  • Logging, managing and tracking queries through to full resolution
  • Ensuring consistent communication and updates to stakeholders
  • Supporting and learning bespoke internal systems to deliver accurate solutions
  • Maintaining high standards of service across all interactions

What we’re looking for in a Customer Service Advisor:

  • Previous experience in a support, service desk or customer-focused role
  • Strong communication skills across different levels of a business
  • Ability to manage and prioritise multiple queries effectively
  • High attention to detail when logging and resolving issues
  • Confidence using systems and learning new platforms

Working hours: 35 hours per week, shifts between 08:00-16:00 and 09:00-17:00
